At Art Supplies Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative tools. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused art supplies in their original packaging, ensuring all brushes, paints, or canvases are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any Australia Post location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
